John —

Today, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer announced he is planning to retire after 27 years on the Supreme Court. Justice Breyer has served our country well, helping secure important victories for First Amendment rights, reproductive care, and access to quality health care.

Thanks to the hard work of the thousands of you who donated to help us flip the Senate in 2020, we now have an opportunity to confirm President Biden’s next Supreme Court nominee.

That means President Biden now has the ability to appoint a nominee who will be a champion for reproductive rights, voting rights, and so much more.

We cannot squander this opportunity, John.

We must confirm President Biden’s nominee to the Supreme Court.

However, it is CRITICALLY important that we stay focused on our efforts to defend and expand our Senate majority. Because maintaining the majority is the only thing standing between us and a packed right-wing Supreme Court.

So if you are able, will you make a $10 donation to Defend the Senate today? We are working tirelessly to defend and expand our majority so we can continue to support President Biden’s agenda and deliver for the American people. [[link removed]]
