Did you see yesterday's news? Justice Stephen Breyer—a brilliant legal mind and dedicated public servant—will retire from the Supreme Court.

This is a critical moment for our country: After Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump rammed through three right-wing justices to build an ultraconservative majority on the Supreme Court, we have the opportunity to confirm a justice with a deep commitment to voting rights, reproductive rights and civil rights.
