The radical Left is salivating, already demanding an EXTREME far-Left nominee.

Let me be clear, I practiced before Justice Breyer for decades. He was Left of center, but he was NOT a far-Left ideologue and agreed with our positions over the years from time to time, even citing our briefs.

Who will President Biden nominate?

It is clear that President Biden will nominate someone to the Left of Justice Breyer. But with a 50-50 Senate, the tie-breaking vote of the Vice President, and a clearly divided Supreme Court, this will be a politically contentious nomination process – right before the midterm elections.

At the ACLJ, we are already mobilizing. President Biden MUST NOT nominate a far-Left, radical Supreme Court Justice. The ACLJ is built for this battle. We will dig into and expose their record on the Constitution. The nominee must be vetted and asked the tough questions. This will be a MAJOR battle, and we WILL DEFEND the Constitution at the Supreme Court. We need YOU to take action with us.
