As you know, EBYD is an endorser of Berkeley's Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA), a housing policy that would give renters choice and voice when their landlord decides to sell. Tomorrow, January 27, at 6 pm via Zoom, there is going to be a special session of the Berkeley City Council where they will workshop the current version of TOPA.
