The cry of Africa is great, yet the Lord hears and responds in His great mercy and grace. For our teams in Africa, the words of Psalm 17 are so fitting as we seek to honour the Lord’s purpose to bring light and truth through our mission and development activities.
“ I call on you, my God, for you will answer me; turn your ear to me and hear my prayer. Show me the wonders of your great love, you who save by your right hand those who take refuge in you from their foes.” (Psalm 17:6-7)
Please stand with us in your prayers as we seek to give hope in the name of Jesus and celebrate in Christ those who have come to faith over the past 60 years.
We have brought some insights into these activities in the news below, made possible through obedience to God.
God bless you,
Ben
Trauma Healing in South Sudan

The Lausanne Covenant, certainly one of the great faith statements in the whole history of the Church, was the outcome of the first congress on World Evangelisation in Lausanne in 1974. It was a Covenant entered into by over 3000 evangelical leaders from around the world. It also became enshrined in the constitution of AE International and all its teams as the key faith statement of this ministry.
COVID-19 shook pastoral ministry in Rwanda following frequent lockdowns and different restrictions that limited religious gatherings and fellowships. During this time of the uncertainty and ambiguity, Pastor Deogratias Rwabuyonza was privileged to undergo training on Home Based Evangelism (HBE) facilitated by AE- Rwanda.
As part of our 60th celebrations, a Pan African Mission will take place in Lusaka, Zambia with the aim of reaching a total of 300,000 people with the Gospel. Excitingly, 300 churches and Christian organisations will participate in the mission as well as 3000 Missioners.
