| Fellow American, It was just announced that Justice Stephen Breyer will retire and give Joe Biden an opportunity to nominate his replacement. REMINDER: Supreme Court justices are nominated for LIFE! As a federal appellate court litigator, I know the importance of having a Supreme Court that upholds the Constitution as written. But if Biden’s legislative track record is evidence of his priorities, this nominee will be a radical activist. I must know, Fellow American, are you concerned about who Biden will pick to fill the vacant SCOTUS seat? Fellow American, the GOP might take back the House in 2022, but our nation will face yet another challenge if Biden places a judicial activist on the Supreme Court to try to protect his socialist agenda.
