Taxpayer, I have two important questions for you:
- If you irradiate an animal with your cell phone but hide the tax receipt… does she still get cancer?
- And if you force her to drink cleaning chemicals but bury the invoice in a government lab… does she still hemorrhage?
I know she does, Taxpayer. But here’s the thing: Congress isn’t so sure.
PROBLEM: The National Toxicology Program (NTP) REFUSES to disclose how many victims they've abused or how much tax money they've already wasted... so Congressional appropriators don't know who to listen to!
Taxpayer, NTP may be the WORST government lab you've never heard of:

Right now, government animal testing bureaucrats are crying poor before Congress.
