John -- Earlier today, Justice Stephen Breyer announced his plan to retire from the Supreme Court.

You already know what’s coming next.

Republicans are going to obstruct and delay, and conservative Democrats will insist on a corporate-friendly “moderate” justice to appease their donors.

That’s why we are urging President Biden to GO BOLD with this nomination. It’s time to put a progressive Black woman on our nation’s highest court.

Mitch McConnell manipulated Senate protocol and packed the Supreme Court with hyper-partisan, extremist right-wing justices. Now they’re on the verge of dismantling reproductive rights – and a slew of key cases protecting our rights are next at risk.

We can’t have just any nominee for this seat, John. We need someone who is going to help us fight for progress. But that’s just the beginning.

To truly rebalance this extreme right-wing court packed with stolen seats, we need to elect bold, progressive fighters like Charles Booker, Morgan Harper, and Malcolm Kenyatta who will expand the court and restore faith in our judiciary.
