Earlier today, news broke that Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is planning to retire.

This is a big reminder about how critical the Democratic majority is in the U.S. Senate, and how close it will be in 2022.

We can't leave anything to chance with McConnell. We need the Senate to act urgently, because Roe v. Wade, voting rights, and health care under the Affordable Care Act are all on the line.

Today is an important day to show where you stand, so we're asking:

After Trump nominated three conservative Supreme Court justices during his presidency, we need the Senate to act to fill Justice Breyer's seat.

Supreme Court nominations are one of the many reasons why it's so important that we defend the Senate majority in November. We can't let McConnell block nominees like he did when President Obama nominated Merrick Garland back in 2016.
