Here’s what you won’t hear from the liberal news media:

Justice Breyer was effectively forced to retire by hard-core left-wing activists because they want a more radical justice on the court who can intimidate and “flip” moderate John Roberts on key votes.

I’ve been on the phone all day strategizing with supporters and other conservative groups.

We must slow the process down, educate voters who live in districts where their senators are up for reelection on how radical Biden’s pick is . . .

. . . and hopefully defeat or even delay the confirmation until next year when conservatives might control the senate!

Funding permitting, our plan is to target Senators up for election with ads and lobby Republican “moderates” to join the effort to delay voting on a new supreme court justice until the American people get to vote on who they want to control the senate this fall.

However, we never planned for Justice Breyer to literally surrender to the left-wing mob and quit this spring – so we have no money budgeted for this historic fight.
