The earth has been trying to tell us that something is wrong for decades, and people are ignoring all the signs.

We have the opportunity to prevent some of the most devastating effects of climate change before it’s too late, but we’re running out of time – and Republicans in Congress are blocking meaningful action every chance they get.

Without giving away too much, in the film there is a meteor hurtling towards Earth, and folks in charge are not taking measures to stop its collision course – because they think they can profit from the precious metals on the meteor.

The administration in the movie lies to folks, telling them just “don’t look up” – much like Republicans in Congress today will tell you that climate change is a hoax.

Inaction on climate change is nothing short of gross negligence, and we need to act NOW or our fate will be no better than that of the characters in Don’t Look Up.

Please, folks, look up and realize that this is a dire situation for which we need all hands on deck.
