When I launched this campaign for Congress, I set out to build a movement that brings people together — not only because our current Congressman is, well, the way he is (ineffective, totally out-of-sync with constituents, and flat-out dangerous), but because I believe there’s a better future worth fighting for. Whether you’ve donated $5 or $500, whether you just joined us or if you’ve been with us since the start, everyone in this fight to deliver real leadership to FL-15 has a reason for wanting a better future — and I want to hear yours!
Maybe it’s because you or someone you care about is paying too damn much for healthcare, whether it be life-saving insulin, hearing devices for seniors, mental healthcare services, or something else. Maybe it’s because you’re deeply worried about the state of our democracy, with people like my opponent openly supporting anti-democratic attempts at voter suppression and intimidation. Maybe it’s because you’re absolutely terrified, like I am, about the rapid escalation of climate change that threatens Florida more than almost any other state.
