Another Supreme Court battle has just begun. Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring, creating a showdown in the Senate between craven Republicans like Mitch McConnell and Chuck Grassley… and the future of our democracy.

Chuck Grassley is already citing a new made up “rule” that the Senate cannot confirm any Biden nominee, just like he did with Merrick Garland. Republicans are willing to hold this seat open until 2025 if they can.
