Forgive us for bringing up the possibility — but it IS a possibility. Especially with the headwinds Democrats face in 2022.

That is why we need to run an even LARGER campaign than we did in the recall. We need to do it to defend Governor Newsom, to defend Alex Padilla, to defend our legislative and House majorities.

But we cannot do it without the same kind of grassroots fundraising campaign we ran during the recall.
