One thing I’ve always liked about being a Democrat is that we don’t count on smear campaigns and misleading attack ads funded by right-wing mega donors that sow hatred and division.

Instead, we win by coming together and building grassroots movements made up of real people who believe in real change.

But Rick Scott and the Senate Republicans’ campaign arm reported raising more than one hundred million dollars in 2021 to flip the Senate and permanently stall President Biden’s agenda.

I’m not trying to worry you, but we’ve got our work cut out for us this year. We need to be able to stand up and defend our values and Democrats’ successes, because very soon, voters across the country will be blanketed by GOP lies and misinformation.
