Hi folks,

I’m Justin, Michael’s campaign manager. Now, that the midterm election is here, I wanted to give you an update on our path to re-elect Michael. Grassroots supporters like you are key to this team, so please read through, then pitch in $10 before our first fundraising deadline of the election year to re-elect Michael to the Senate and keep Colorado blue. WHAT MICHAEL ACHIEVED LAST YEAR FOR COLORADO

Facing Mitch McConnell-led obstruction and a slim 50-50 Democratic majority, Michael secured big wins for Colorado last year. He led the charge to cut taxes for working parents through monthly Child Tax Credit payments. These monthly payments kept millions of children out of poverty nationwide, and Michael is fighting to renew them this year.

Michael also clinched the single largest federal high-speed internet investment in our nation’s history. Quick, reliable internet will help bridge the digital divide in Colorado’s rural and Tribal communities as well as help Americans nationwide compete in the global economy.

While Michael is fighting to create more good-paying jobs, combat climate change, and more, GOP opponents are on the attack.

THE STATE OF THIS RACE

Michael is running on his record of delivering for working families, but he is facing attacks from all sides. Mitch McConnell and his committee tasked with flipping the Senate have almost double the cash on hand of the Democratic committee that’s defending seats like Michael’s. The National GOP has their pick of his opponents that include:

There are eight GOP primary candidates attacking Michael to gain an edge in their race. Your support will help him fend off ongoing attacks.

HOW WE’LL WIN THIS YEAR

Michael doesn’t take donations from corporate PACs and federal lobbyists because he’s seen the inaction that comes from their dark money influence. He’s running a grassroots-driven campaign because he’s fighting for the issues that matter to folks like you.

The election year is here, folks, and we have less than a year to reach and mobilize voters across the state while battling attacks from all sides. It’s expensive work and with the National GOP raking in over $104 million last year and self-funded opponents flooding the airwaves, we have to pick up the pace.

Michael is counting on your support so he can continue fighting for Coloradans in the Senate. Please pitch in $10 — or what works for your budget — before Monday’s fundraising deadline.
