Obernolte voted YES on overturning the 2020 election, and NO on protecting voting rights. Derek Marshall will fight back against voter suppression.
Obernolte voted NO on the Equality Act. As an openly gay man, Derek Marshall will fight discrimination against LGBTQ+ Americans.
Obernolte voted NO on a $15 minimum wage and the PRO Act. Derek Marshall stands up for higher wages and workers’ rights to organize.
