Massachusetts families could use a win right now.
Income inequality is at an all time high. Corporate-bad actors are taking advantage of workers and consumers in our rapidly-evolving economy. Unions – and the right to organize – are under attack. Parents are being forced to choose between childcare and putting food on the table. And the Supreme Court is on the verge of overturning 50 years of reproductive freedom.
None of these issues are easy, but my career is defined by taking on big challenges and delivering big results.
I’ve represented working people for more than twenty years. Bay Staters can count on me to stand up for them because I’ve already been doing the work for decades. I’ve stood shoulder-to-shoulder with our waitresses, truck drivers, firefighters, janitors, and gig economy workers, helping them recoup hundreds of millions of dollars that corporate America stole from them.
We won cases that not only put money back in employees’ pockets but pushed our legal system to fairly and equally serve the people. And when the system couldn’t be pushed, we broke new legal ground and set precedents that delivered victories for workers in Massachusetts and around the country.
I’ll continue to stand up for Bay Staters as our next Attorney General.
I’m ready to take on the problems of today and tomorrow – and so is Massachusetts. As the birth place of public education and the first state to legalize gay marriage, we’ve pushed ourselves and this nation to reach our highest ideals. It’s time for us to once again pick up the mantle, and I am ready to lead the charge.
