When we started our campaign, many doubted us.

Three months later. We’ve earned over a dozen endorsements. Mobilized hundreds of volunteers.

Thank you so much for coming out to our 2022 Campaign Kickoff this weekend, and helping us reach thousands of voters in a single day. Read below for some of my favorite moments!

We started off the day with speeches from national thought leaders and local organizers. Saikat Chakrabarti (Former Chief of Staff to AOC) and Brian Hanlon (CEO of CA YIMBY) spoke about our campaign of change and how we’ve done the impossible in just months. Astrid Utting (Director of Youth for SF) and Nancy Tung (Public Safety Advocate) spoke about how our campaign is elevating the voices of parents, youth, and the AAPI community.

We shared our vision for San Francisco. A vision where our city is a beacon of hope for the middle class. A vision where we lead on housing, schools, and climate change. A vision that includes residents and newcomers… and isn’t afraid to get a little nerdy.

None of this would have been possible without the organizations that endorsed us on this campaign. From SWANA ([link removed]) to SFWPC ([link removed]) that bet on us early in the race, to SF YIMBY ([link removed]) , CA YIMBY ([link removed]) , and Noe Valley Democratic Club ([link removed]) which helped us turn the tide over the last couple weeks.
