Our guest speaker for the February 3rd meeting is Glen Merzer, acclaimed author or co-author of 11 books. His latest book, "Food is Climate," argues that there is a way to reverse climate change that has been ignored by the those that have been leading the charge to address this environmental emergency. He challenges these leaders, and presents compelling arguments about how food choices negatively impact our environment as well as our personal health.
