Hi, friend. My election is this year, and this grassroots movement is launching into overdrive as we move closer to the finish line. But remember, the road to flipping Florida blue isn't a sprint: It's a marathon.

I know a thing or two about marathons – I've run 26.2 miles in 5 hours and 38 minutes. As a runner, I know getting out of the gate is the easy part. The hard part comes right in the middle – when you have to use every bit of strength you have to keep up your momentum. That's how you succeed.

We're now 10 months away from Election Day, and the miles ahead are going to test our strength. I'm neck and neck with Marco Rubio, and national Republicans are ready to spend millions on attack ads to stop me from expanding our Democratic Senate majority.

I know this race is a challenge – but I never tire, I endure. That's why I'm counting on your help to keep fueling this campaign. In a race as close as this one, it could be your single donation that helps me win in a photo finish.

This race could determine whether Democrats have enough votes in the Senate to take action on voting rights, gun safety and climate change. The stakes could not be higher and I need your help: Will you stick with me to the very end?

Donate $5 today to help me keep up my pace, pull ahead of Marco Rubio and expand our Senate majority.

Thanks for cheering me on,
