Supreme Court to hear PLF's 17th case

I have terrific news to share with you: The Supreme Court today announced it will hear Sackett v. EPA, a wetlands dispute that’s pitted an Idaho couple against the federal government for 15 years—through four presidential administrations.

This case will be PLF’s 17th case at the High Court since 1987 and is a long-awaited opportunity to clarify once and for all the limits of the Clean Water Act’s reach over private property.
