John,
The CDC just released a study finding that over 45,000 people died because of gun violence in 2020. This is the highest rate of gun death that our nation has ever seen.
What’s worse is that the Senate has spent the past deadliest year failing to pass legislation that could save lives and stop more record-breaking levels of gun violence. It’s not just irresponsible, it’s unconscionable.
America is in a crisis that demands action, and it’s up to all of us to ensure that it happens. The Senate must pass both H.R.8 and H.R.1446, to expand and strengthen Brady background checks and address the Charleston loophole. Can you send a message to your representative right now and demand a change in our gun laws?
If we don’t act soon, we risk another record breaking year for gun violence. Our country doesn’t deserve more tragedy – please, send a message to the Senate right now and urge them to expand and strengthen Brady background checks.

Thank you for taking critical action, John.
