ANNOUNCEMENTS

We want to hear from you! Fill out the new and improved member survey today!

We want to learn as much as possible about the people who make up DSA-LA. This information will help us gather crucial feedback, connect chapter organizers with members who have skills and resources to share, and gain a better understanding of the demographics of our membership base. It should take around 5 minutes to complete.

Election updates from Nominations Committee

1. The California DSA Exploratory Committee has let us know that due to a clerical error, we were actually apportioned one fewer delegate than intended, and we will actually elect 29 delegates to California DSA Council! Since all ballots require that all candidates be ranked, we'll be able to run a simple recount to determine our 29th delegate after voting closes.

2. We've also cleared up a misunderstanding regarding the number of co-chairs for Climate Justice Committee. There should be 2 co-chairs and so both Aura and Eric will be elected by acclamation. We apologize for the error, and this portion of your ballot can be left untouched, we will discard votes for that race. Candidate Statements have been updated to reflect the change!

3. If you have not received your ballot, please first check your spam folder, then email us with your most recent dues receipt at [email protected] and we'll get you added!
