We need to pass this critical legislation to protect our pregnant workers.
Hi friend, it’s New York AG Letitia James here.
Being a Democratic AG means working to make sure that all communities are equally protected under the law. That’s why I am urging the Senate to pass the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, because no one should have to choose between having a safe, healthy pregnancy and keeping their job.
My Dem AG colleagues and I are working hard to support legislation that puts you and your loved ones first. But in order for us to keep doing this work, we have important AG races in New York and in critical swing states like Colorado, Nevada, Wisconsin, and Michigan that we HAVE to win. Make a contribution to DAGA today to help keep Dem AGs in this fight.

The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act will ensure that expecting parents won’t have to make the difficult choice between paying the bills or protecting the safety of their family. I know that the vast majority of pregnant employees are fully capable of performing their work duties, and that’s exactly why we need to pass this legislation to protect against unnecessary and unlawful discrimination by employers.
It’s critical work, and we can’t do it without your help.
Thanks, Tish
Letitia James
Attorney General, New York
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2022, we need your support – will you chip in today?
