Dear John,

We hope that 2022 has started well for you!

Despite ongoing global challenges, we are constantly heartened by the
positive energy and action of our local Empower to Plan partners, from
Guatemala to Scotland. They are each working hard to empower women and
girls, provide family planning access and sex education, and protect the
environment.

Check out the short updates and new project photos below and PLEASE
CONSIDER HELPING THEM TO REACH THEIR FUNDRAISING TARGETS.

WOMEN FOR CONSERVATION - only £586 to reach their goal

In the photo above, Conservation Director Isabella Cortes speaks with one
of 47 women who joined the organisation’s family planning programme in
November 2021. In 2022, Women for Conservation will reach more women in
remote areas to provide family planning and environmental education
services.

EPIC YOU BEFORE TWO - £2,800 to reach their goal

Candace and Becky are working hard on EPIC You Before Two's collaborative
workshops on relationships and consent and are looking forward to working
with more young people in Edinburgh, Glasgow and northern England over the
coming months. Here they are pictured in Wester Hailes in October 2021.

Also, stay tuned for next month's project launch with RAJASTHAN RISING, a
collective of 5,000 Indian girls combatting child marriage and demanding
access to free education for all.
