Friend, President Biden is 100% right about this. 

In a SEARING speech, he called on Congress to end the filibuster – and defend our democracy from its enemies within!

It's plain to see: The filibuster is being abused. Republicans are using it to block any and all legislation they don't like – especially bills focused on protecting and securing our elections.
