[1]Cheri Beasley for North Carolina

In 2019, Cheri Beasley made history as the first Black woman to serve as the Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court. Now, Cheri’s looking to make history again as the first Black woman to be elected as a U.S. Senator from North Carolina.

Can you make a donation to Cheri’s campaign to help her make history? We need Cheri’s voice fighting for justice and democracy in the Senate.

14 months ago, Cheri ran ahead of both President Biden and the Democratic Senate challenger in North Carolina, coming just 401 votes short of winning a full term as Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court in a historically close election.

Now, she’s running for an open GOP seat that’s just waiting to be flipped from red to blue. Up against extreme right-wing candidates, Cheri is exactly the kind of candidate Democrats across the country need to support.

North Carolina’s Senate races have been razor close for years, and now we have a historic candidate in Cheri Beasley. With our help, Cheri can flip this seat blue and be the kind of Senator who fights fiercely for the best interests of her constituents and puts North Carolina on a path to progress. I’m confident Cheri is the best candidate for the job.

My Dad grew up in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This fight is personal to me. If you’re able, please make a contribution to Cheri’s campaign to help her flip North Carolina’s open Senate seat blue.

With incredible candidates like Cheri running for U.S. Senate, I’m optimistic that we can not only protect but expand our Democratic majority in the midterm elections and continue our work passing meaningful change.

With love and gratitude,

— Cory
