Subject: A LIFETIME Gun Ban?

Friend,

Lifetime bans on gun ownership run contrary to American history.

Unfortunately, some Americans are still permanently stripped of their gun rights for minor crimes.

Thousands of combined federal, state, and local laws covering minor offenses could be weaponized to deprive anyone of their fundamental rights – unless we destroy that idea here and now.

That’s why FPC has filed a new, important legal brief to advance the Second Amendment.

SUPPORT FPC LEGAL ACTION

Our brief supports a case challenging a lifetime ban on gun ownership that was imposed on a man convicted of a single non-violent misdemeanor.

The plaintiff was not even required to serve any prison time for his offense, and he paid restitution.

But 26 years later, he is still denied his Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

FPC Attorney Joseph Greenlee explained, “The founders never intended for someone like him to be deprived of the right to own a firearm for any period of time, let alone for life. We believe that the Court should hold the government’s prohibition unconstitutional and restore his Second Amendment rights.”

JOIN THE FIGHT

No American should be denied their freedom for a minor crime that was settled decades ago.

To help FPC fight this and other cases in court, please consider making a contribution of $20, $15, $10, or even $5 right away.

We depend on the support of patriots like YOU to defend and advance the Second Amendment!
