WALTZ ON RUSSIA-UKRAINE

On Monday, Mike Waltz kicked off the week by joining The National Desk to talk rising Russia-Ukraine tensions, saying:

“Biden should be taking tough measures now, accelerating lethal aid to Ukraine, putting sanctions in place now, and frustrating Putin’s calculus and raising the costs immediately. Time is of the essence because Putin has put the pieces in place for a full invasion,” said Waltz. “If we abandon yet another ally, just as we abandon one in Afghanistan, additional dominoes could fall and that leads to global instability that will affect every American.”

WALTZ ON CHINA'S COVID LOCKDOWN

Then on Tuesday, Mike joined Fox Business' Varney & Co to discuss China's recent COVID lockdowns despite hosting the Winter Olympics in a few weeks and the effect they'll have on U.S. supply chains. From the interview:

"If COVID has taught us anything, it's that the Chinese Communist Party can and will cut off our supply chains to reach their geopolitical ends. We can't continue to allow China's to control our pharmaceuticals, critical minerals, PPE, and more. America must bring our supply chains home."

WALTZ ON YEMENI DRONE STRIKES

On Wednesday, Mike was on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo to discuss Yemeni fighters launching drone strikes on the UAE, saying:

"The Houthis have only escalated their attacks since the Biden Admin took them off the terrorist list. They've attacked our embassy in Yemen and now our allies, the UAE, all with the support of Iran at the same time US negotiators are pleading with Iran to re-enter the Iran Deal."

WALTZ ON IOC ACT

Then on Thursday, Reps. Mike Waltz and Rep. Jennifer Wexton joined Fox News' Martha MacCallum to discuss their bipartisan bill to strip the International Olympics Committee of tax exempt status and the current situation developing on Ukraine's border. From Mike:

"The American taxpayer is subsidizing the IOC under the idea that it's a social welfare organization. By allowing the Olympics to take place in a country with mass rape, sterilization, forced labor, & genocide is doing the opposite and should be stripped of its tax exempt status."

WALTZ ON BOYCOTTING THE OLYMPICS

To end the week, Mike discussed the ongoing genocide and human rights atrocities being carried out by the CCP, and his efforts to boycott the Olympics with Fox News' Laura Ingraham, saying:

'Woke' American corps, like CocaCola, Intel, Procter & Gamble, are quick to boycott for human rights at home but remain silent when it comes to China. PLUS they've got massive defense contracts AND are sending BILLIONS to Beijing to fuel the Chinese Communist Party's military build up."
