Next week, the Trump administration will argue to the Supreme Court in favor of terminating DACA, the policy providing security and stability to hundreds of thousands of immigrants and their families all across the country.

We must put an end to the fear and uncertainty that DACA recipients and their families face every day — that's why Bernie 2020 is proud to be a part of the Home is Here Rally to protect DACA at the Supreme Court this Tuesday, November 12.

When we are in the White House, we're going to reinstate and expand DACA protections, and implement the most progressive immigration policy platform of any candidate running for president in the history of this country.

We will reverse the actions taken by the Trump administration to harm our communities, and we will come together with our immigrant neighbors, friends, classmates, colleagues, and family to create an America that works for all.

Until then, we must stand in solidarity and show the Trump administration that their cruel and harmful policies will not stand.
