John, this is urgent.

Today marks the 49th anniversary of Roe v. Wade – the case that affirmed that access to safe and legal abortion is a constitutional right. But Roe may not reach its 50th anniversary intact.

The Supreme Court recently heard a DIRECT challenge to Roe v. Wade, and a new case could trigger a flood of decisions that reinstate long-dead anti-abortion laws! Without the protection of Roe, people would not only be stripped of their bodily autonomy but also robbed of critical – and sometimes lifesaving – health care.

That means millions of Americans could lose their right to have an abortion.

8 in 10 Americans agree that abortion should be legal. That’s a HUGE majority – but the Trumpian Supreme Court continues to put our rights at risk. If they don’t uphold Roe v. Wade, the consequences will be devastating. That’s why we need to use this moment to build a large and outspoken opposition.

Please, John, we need 47 more signatures from Philadelphia before midnight, but we’re missing yours. Will you add your name to tell SCOTUS to uphold Roe v. Wade?
