Wade decision — a ruling meant to guarantee the federal right to reproductive healthcare and legalized abortion across the country — Jason Miyares announced that “Virginia is now of the belief that the Constitution is silent on the question of abortion.”

Jason Miyares and Glenn Youngkin weren’t lying when they said they were going to go “on offense” to ban abortion, and they’ve got a conservative majority in the House of Delegates to back them up.

The House GOP just introduced a 20 week abortion ban bill and our leaders are working hard to defend the reproductive rights of folks across the commonwealth. We need to show our pro-choice champions in the House and Senate that Virginia Democrats have their back.
