With the Texas primaries right around the corner, the work we have to do to Flip the South is already in full swing.

Right now though, Republicans are working overtime as they have already registered more of their voters and knocked on more doors, taking our playbook as they look to expand their power in Texas.

Make no mistake about it, the increasingly authoritarian Republican Party will stop at nothing to undo all of the progress DFA members have achieved in making Texas bluer than it has ever been.

We cannot sit back and wait to get involved until after the primaries; by then it will be too late to elect progressive's that will take on Republicans seeking to tear down the democratic reforms that make a reflective democracy possible.
