John,

I wanted to talk to you about a decision I’ve made. It was a tough one — but it’s the right one for Arizona and our country.

I am a cosponsor of critical legislation to protect voting rights — and with this legislation blocked in the Senate, I support changing Senate filibuster rules to allow these bills to pass by a simple majority vote.

Arizona does elections well. But our right to vote is under attack. Protecting these rights is too important to fall victim to Washington’s dysfunction. Arizonans sent me to the Senate to make difficult decisions and to do what’s best for our state — and I’m going to continue doing that.

Corporate special interest groups are already attacking me for doing what’s right for Arizona. Millions of dollars have already been spent against us, and after today, you can bet millions more are on the way. We’re going to need your help to fight back and hold this seat. So, I’m asking:

Can you split a contribution between my campaign and CommonGood today? It might not seem like much, but when thousands of people join together, it all adds up. [[link removed]]

You’ve always had my back, and I’m so grateful for your support. Thank you.

Mark Kelly
