McConnell threatened to do whatever it takes to SAVE the filibuster, REGAIN power, and HALT Democrats’ critical voter protection efforts.

The filibuster has blocked critical legislation for OVER A CENTURY, including:

-- The DREAM Act that provided a pathway to citizenship for young, undocumented immigrants.

-- The Dyer Anti-Lynching Bill that would have made lynching a federal crime in the ‘50s.

-- The Paycheck Fairness Act that guaranteed equal pay for equal work.

As long as the filibuster exists, Democrats won’t be able to pass life-saving legislation!
