Today marks the 49th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in Roe v. Wade.

While we celebrate this historic decision, and the progress we’ve made, Roe is under unprecedented attack by GOP extremists who won’t stop until it’s overturned. 

Here in Ohio and across the country, Republicans are targeting reproductive freedom by passing extreme legislation that severely hinders access to safe abortions.

In the Senate, Tim will be a vote to codify Roe v. Wade into law. But first, we need your help to get him there. Can you chip in to flip Ohio blue, expand our Democratic Senate majority, and protect the right to choose?

With a 50/50 split in the Senate, what happens in Ohio could determine the future of Roe v. Wade—and that’s no exaggeration. Every one of Tim’s extremist GOP opponents is anti-choice.

Josh Mandel wants to overturn Roe entirely and supports an extreme heartbeat bill.

Jane Timken will “defend the unborn” with no exceptions.

Mike Gibbons wants “to end abortion in America.”

JD Vance is against abortion even in cases of rape and incest, which he called “inconvenient circumstances.”

If we lose control of the Senate majority, Mitch McConnell will take back the gavel and ram through more anti-choice legislation. It could even cost us another seat on the Supreme Court.
