49 years ago today, the Supreme Court ruled in the historic Roe v. Wade case that legalized abortion across the country.

And now, these rights are more in jeopardy than ever before.

Last year, the Supreme Court heard arguments in a case that has the potential to overturn Roe v. Wade .

And because the Republicans were able to stack the Court with far-right leaning justices, there is a very real chance it could happen. If it does, abortion could become illegal here in Wisconsin.

Abortion rights are too important to allow them to be decided by the whim of the Supreme Court. They need to be codified into law so they can be protected for people who need them forever.

But our opponent Derrick Van Orden is against abortion access. And if he is elected, he will try to take away those rights.

Brad will always fight to protect and codify abortion access. So at a time so perilous for abortion rights, it’s more important than ever to send him to Congress. But he needs your help to get there.
