John,

We’re just 3 days away from closing arguments in our trial against Planned Parenthood.

This is the biggest trial against Planned Parenthood of its kind and could have a devastating impact for decades. Planned Parenthood’s own attorney opened the door to disturbing testimony, and we will not let up.

We also just filed a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defeat the abortion-pill mandate's assault on religious liberty.

Now, we’re preparing to file at the Supreme Court in another huge abortion case that could affect the lives of countless unborn babies.

Planned Parenthood’s days are numbered, but we urgently need your support today. During our November Matching Challenge, every gift given to defeat Planned Parenthood will be DOUBLED.

Double Your Impact: $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Our heroes in the war on terror – our brave men and women in the military – face a new threat. The International Criminal Court (ICC) is considering a case that could lead to our soldiers facing unjust prosecutions.

ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow is leading a senior legal team to the ICC to present oral arguments in the biggest international case we’ve ever engaged in.

As we honor our veterans this Veterans Day weekend, it’s important to remember that our military defends our freedoms every day.

Now it’s time for us to defend them.

The testimony in our trial against Planned Parenthood has been eye opening. One Planned Parenthood medical director described “crushing” babies for their organs. Another joked she wanted “a Lamborghini” as “compensation” for aborted babies’ body parts.

Trial Flashback: Abortionist Said She “Wanted a Lamborghini.”

We just filed a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defend religious liberty against the abortion-pill mandate.

Right now every gift is DOUBLED through our Matching Challenge as we fight to defeat the abortion industry. Donate today.

God Bless,
The ACLJ Team
