Tomorrow marks the 49th anniversary of Roe v. Wade.

As we march, we will think about every single human life that was abruptly – and sometimes even painfully and gruesomely – ended.

Over 60 million babies never got to have their first step, their first word, or their first hug.

But while we will be solemnly marching in remembrance of the millions of unlived lives, we will also be marching with hope in our step.

We will be marching toward a real, attainable goal of overturning Roe v. Wade.

This time next year, I pray to God that we will be happily marching because 49 years of death and despair have finally come to an end, and a new light shines for America’s future.

But we’re not there yet – and I know we have so much more work cut out for us.

Because if and when 5 justices on the Supreme Court decide to right this wrong, the issue of abortion will be taken up by all 50 states and we’ll need to jump into action to fight for life all across America.

We need to prepare for that moment right now.
