Team,
Twelve years ago today, the Supreme Court decided in Citizens United v. FEC that dark money groups could flood unlimited amounts of money into our elections. Ever since then special interests have tried to silence the voices of voters by spending millions of unreported dark money dollars to influence our elections.
Dark money undermines our political process and erodes trust in our government. In our race dark money groups have been targeting me since the beginning of last year with multiple six-figure ad buys in our district.
I will always stand up to dark money, but I need your help to keep fighting back. Will you chip in $10 or more to fuel our grassroots campaign to keep NH-01 and our House majority blue?

Dark money is bad for our democracy, and I will always fight to ensure our elections are free and fair. That's why I worked to pass legislation in the House to strengthen our democracy by passing campaign finance reform, securing our elections, and protecting our voting rights.
Winning one of the most competitive races in the country isn't going to be easy, but with grassroots support I know we can overcome the odds again. No one runs for office alone, and I'm grateful that you're in this fight with us.
Please consider chipping in what you can to our people-powered campaign today.
Thank you,
Chris Pappas
