Kansas Senate Republicans abused their power today and passed a wildly gerrymandered congressional map.

This map splits Wyandotte County from its KC metro community, diluting minority voices, and moves Lawrence into the Big 1st, creating a bizarrely gerrymandered 2nd congressional district.

The map is doomed to fail in the courts, but Republicans don't care. They're set to waste MILLIONS of Kansans' taxpayer dollars – all in hopes of rigging the system in their favor for the next decade.
