One of my core beliefs is that housing is a RIGHT.

That's why I fought so hard to secure more affordable housing while on the San Diego City Council.

 

I made it illegal to discriminate against renters with Section 8 housing vouchers, and when COVID-19 happened, I sprung into action to ban evictions and create rental relief.

In Sacramento, I'll make sure we pass common-sense housing reform because everyone deserves a roof over their head and a place to call home.
