"Soul Rebel" was first released by Bob Marley and The Wailers in 1970 as a part of their Lee Scratch Perry produced album: Soul Rebels. Marley, one of the most recognized names in reggae music, initially co-wrote this song in collaboration with Perry. Bunny Wailer released a version of "Soul Rebel" on his Tribute album in 1981.

This Song Around The World version of "Soul Rebel" features Wailers’ member, Marley collaborator and reggae icon Bunny Wailer. Also featured on this track are reggae drumming legend Carlton “Santa” Davis and international recording artist Manu Chao, making it a very special rendition of this classic!! About Neville Garrick:
Neville Garrick is a Jamaican-born Los Angeles-based graphic artist. Garrick is renowned for designing a number of covers for albums produced by Bob Marley and the Wailers in the 1970s, as well as more than 20 backdrops for the Reggae Sunsplash Festival, from 1981 to 1988. His album art was not restricted to the 'Tuff Gong," as Garrick also did visuals for Jimmy Cliff, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer, Burning Spear, The Wailers, Steel Pulse and the I-Threes. Garrick was also responsible for the standout Haile Selassie I backdrop for Marley's tours. Garrick is a founder and executive director of the Bob Marley Museum.
