John, It may be Friday, but here at our campaign we consider our next weekend to be 270 days away. That’s how many days until the Aug. 4 primary here in Arizona, where I’m taking on the corporate PAC-funded incumbent, #TimidTom O’Halleran. Unlike him, we don’t take any money from corporate interests. We’re 100% grassroots and people-focused because we know that true representation can only happen when the super wealthy and powerful corporations are forced to take their hands out of our government. To make that happen, we need your help. We never take a day off from reaching out to all the voters we need to win; in fact, we need a voter filing system that will cost us $4,000. We also need help with everyday expenses, like the gas to drive all across this big district, which we do on a regular basis to get to know the needs of the many diverse people who live here.
