We just secured two MAJOR court victories against tyrannical governments who used COVID-19 to shut down gun stores. 



The opinions in the FPC cases McDougall v. Ventura County  and Martinez v. Villaneuva represent a HUGE humiliation for anti-gunners. 



Here, the legendarily anti-gun Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the COVID-related closures of gun stores were wholly unconstitutional.



“Today’s opinions from the Ninth Circuit confirm our claims that the COVID closures of gun stores and firing ranges violated the Second Amendment rights of Californians,” said Adam Kraut, FPC’s vice president of programs.

Further, “FPC will continue to aggressively litigate these and other cases to defend the rights of our members and the public,” Kraut said.
