One year ago today, I was sworn into office as the first-ever Black senator from the great state of Georgia. Grassroots folks like you made our historic victory – and everything we've accomplished since then – possible. I couldn't be more grateful or more proud of our people-powered team.

But here's the thing: My last election was a "special election," meaning I need to turn around and immediately run for reelection this year. CNN is calling me the most vulnerable Democratic senator on the ballot, and the GOP is coming after me as its number one target for defeat. Now, the most recent polling shows this race is neck and neck.

With experts saying that what happens in Georgia could decide Senate control, I need a massive wave of grassroots support to fight back against GOP attacks and win. In my last race, national Republicans spent over $100 MILLION to try to buy this seat – and I won by just 2 points.

So, friend, I'm urgently asking: Will you chip in $5 or more now – as much as you can spare before midnight tonight – to fuel our people-powered campaign, win in Georgia, and keep the Senate blue?
