John, Joe Biden is a failure. Thanks to his first year in office, America is mired in malaise at home and humiliation abroad. Inflation is nearly at a 40-year high, gas prices hit a 7-year high and the supply chain crisis is leaving grocery store shelves barren across the country. And those are just the toplines... Our country is experiencing an unprecedented surge of illegal immigration at our southern border thanks to Biden’s dangerous open border policies. There are 13 dead American soldiers and still many Americans stranded behind enemy lines thanks to a botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. Violent crime is skyrocketing, with several major cities in America experiencing all-time homicide records thanks to anti-law enforcement policies and Soros-funded prosecutors. Shelves are empty at the grocery store thanks to a self-inflicted supply chain crisis and worker shortage. Biden has continued bending the knee and taking a soft stance against the threat we face from the Chinese Communist Party. After promising to “shut down the virus,” COVID cases are at an all-time high nationally. All of this adds up to one of, if not the worst first year of any president in our lifetimes. As a result, America is hurting. We have a weak leader who avoids answering tough, but necessary, questions and frequently calls a lid on the day by lunchtime. But I’m tirelessly working hard in Florida to counter Biden’s crises, John. I proposed a gas tax holiday to help Floridians who are getting crushed with rising gas prices and inflation. I worked to help alleviate the stress on America’s supply chain with Florida’s ports that operate 24/7/365. I sent reinforcements to the southern border when Texas asked for help with the migrant surges. I stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Florida’s law enforcement and have made it a priority to ensure they are appreciated and empowered to keep our communities safe. And, perhaps most importantly, I REFUSED to let Biden and Fauci make Floridians choose between a jab and their job. Florida has taken on a leadership role and quickly become THE example other states are following. I will continue to lead, and I promise you we will continue to find success despite the shackles of Joe Biden’s administration.
