I won't sugarcoat it, team -- we didn't get the result we
wanted on passing critically-needed voting rights legislation.

This is a frustrating setback in the battle to protect our most
essential constitutional right -- but I’m not giving up this fight, and
I know you won’t either.

We're in the process of planning our path forward -- to expand our 50-50
majority, so we can finally overcome unprecedented Republican
obstruction -- but we can't do that without feedback from top Democratic
