Thank you John!

[link removed] [[link removed]]The 90-day comment period ended yesterday, and because of YOU we delivered a RECORD BREAKING number of public comments to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management supporting the proposed 20-year ban on mining near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.
Incredibly, with your help and with the help of partner organizations, businesses, and the vast community of Boundary Waters supporters, we delivered just under a QUARTER OF A MILLION comments advocating for the protection of the Boundary Waters. This is significant success for the future of our favorite Wilderness!

Not to mention, as part of this public comment period, the government held three public listening sessions and at these sessions pro-Boundary Waters speakers outnumbered pro-sulfide-ore copper mining speakers by more than 2 to 1!
Thank you for heeding the call and participating so enthusiastically in this comment period. You are on the winning side of history.
"This outpouring of support is a clear indication of where the American people stand when it comes to protecting America's most visited Wilderness."
- Becky Rom, National Chair of the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters
